- Preservation & Rehabilitation: 499 homes preserved or renovated to remain affordable, safe, and livable for decades to come.
- Land Activation: 187 homes are under development bringing to life mission-driven and innovative projects as a result of our Development RFPs.
- Total Investment: $58 million directly invested.
- Total Leveraged: $896 million brought in through partner contributions, tax credits, and private financing.
- Equity Outcomes: 41% of projects led by women and/or minority-owned developers.
Grantmaking
- Dollars Granted: $11.9 million to initiatives that expand access to homeownership and prevent displacement.
- Organizations Supported: 33 organizations serving clients across various needs.
